@thejosevergara There are lots of c18 examples, like weird multimodal and epistolary texts: Samuel Richardson’s Pamela and Clarissa, also earlier, weirder works by people like Jane Barker and Daniel Defoe. Also yes Ann Radcliffe.

What are some books that include both poetry and prose (poetry by their characters)? Pale Fire, A Double Life, Doctor Zhivago, etc.
