@AlityRay It’s a bot. They are very common. It’s not personal. They’re all trying to shill their art, basically a scam. The moment they mention it block them. You’re not dealing with a real viewer just a scammer.

A new viewer once joined my stream and was actively chatting. I was genuinely happy to have someone new around. Then they started promoting their art and trying to sell commissions. I explained that I couldn't afford it, but they kept insisting that streamers have a lot of money. Unfortunately, the conversation touched on some personal issues I have regarding money, and the constant pressure got to me. I ended the stream, banned them, and didn't stream again for almost a month. I don't know if it was a bot but looking back that was the worst experienced I got streaming.

Okay hear me out on this‼️ As an artist, whether you choose to work (or not) with a client sending you AI refs is up to you but i think as long as the client didn't generate those themselves, it's unfair to make them feel bad for something they're not responsible for/aware of

@komosaur I used to sell commissions for 5 dollars. Fully rendered images. They would take me hours. Had a loyal client. I raised the price to 8 dollars. Eight. Ghosted.

what i’ve learned from opening cheaper commissions is i usually get more clients who are extremely rude, entitled and have no experience in commissioning artists. it’s up to you to build your own circle. if you wanna take this advice then be prepared for who you’re attracting

Hot take 🔥 You will sell more art, assets, etc. if you include basic commercial rights in your products and "credit optional" while keeping it reasonably priced. You will build a customer base so fast compared to annoyingly "nickel and diming" every option in your products.

@nanamilksims I have a genuine beast for a laptop and I couldn’t run the DEMO The character creator DEMO It refused to launch. It didn’t even try. Just said “graphics not good enough for this” I can run photoshop and render animations in Maya at the same time but INZOI DEMO is TOO FAR.

@LinaCrushes It’s not “unpaid labor”. Modding is done for love of the game. To bring in greed inside a community that has famously flourished due to generosity, sharing, and ease of access is morally bankrupt. Without mentioning charging for mods is almost always against TOS anyway.
