Most milestones dont sink in- this 1 really felt good. As a below avg highschool student who dropped out of college, to becoming a tenured full prof means a lot. Not the title or the tenure, but the symbol that drive, collaboration, and a good heart can take you far.

THREAD 1/ I had the privilege of taking care of a fellow frontline colleague w/ #covid19. Seeing tears in their eyes because it hurt so much to breathe-- that almost broke me. But we have to stay strong and keep fighting- the battle ahead is a long one. #BostonStrong
