The more the creators of Avatar speak the more I'm sure that Katara and Aang were used as a tool to heal their childhood trauma caused by the taller older girl not wanting Bryan and Mike just wanting to live out his self-insert fantasy

@Kachidey4you Originally the avatar state was all past lives becoming active in 1 form. Aang BARELY overpowered them and took control back right before they were gonna kill Ozai. Korra writers COMPLETELY lost that and instead interpreted it as a "power up"

wtf is this choreography master of 3 elements, been trained from like 6 years old, and is known for being far more attuned to the physical side of bending because she just loves fighting so much, but she can't land a single hit against Ty Lee's from wish

@naMnaSYt But also, the temu chi blockers won then they just leave??? Like, they cudnt just out manoeuvre a lumpy polar bear. Tho polarbears r pretty fast

@naMnaSYt She fights like a brawler and not a child prodigy. It's so disappointing. She also heavily leans on fire despite it not being her natural element. She doesn't bring a pouch of water with her as prep; she's not that smart when it comes to tactical fighting.
