A great 3days on the Train the Trainer ACES strategy training provided by Growing Stronger Together. This initiative equips you with a programme to deliver to ADULTS and to train staff. I love how various psychological theories are integrated into the programme e.g CFT, ACT & CAT

Today I enjoyed delivering a workshop about sleep for our participants with long-term health conditions. Everyone was very surprised to hear all the fascinating things our bodies get up to while sleeping and most importantly how to get a better nights sleep. 🛌 💤

What a beautiful way to spend International Women’s day in the People’s Place garden doing mindfulness activities including 54321 grounding & art with women and girls of all ages and abilities 🪴 🎨 🧘🏻‍♀️
