Literally held my breath every chapter waiting to see you again just to get actually dog walked by the writer. The one human who’s shown to no diff devils left and right just vanishes. I thought FOR SURE he’d do something after the Nayuta chapter, but nah. Ffs 😭

Not a bad ending if it’s just the last chapter. But the last 10 or so have the same energy as me trying to cram an essay the night it’s due. Just felt like a rushed “let’s make everyone happy” ass ending that felt disingenuous to every theme the manga tried to force on us.

CSM is crazy to me because isn’t the whole point of the devil that whatever he eats gets erased? Dude ate ears and the next panel is the entire world earless AND with no knowledge of ears. But he eats himself and it’s just… back to being Denji’s heart? The fuck???
