@ChicagoDOT Since the “protected bike lanes” seem to be such a high priority I’d like to see bicyclists riding on the sidewalks ticketed with hefty fines. Also, I’d like to know the qualifications of the people of CDOT and what the expense of all the changes on the roads are costing us.
