UPDATE: working 100% again. I removed the card from it's slot, pushed in all of the chips as much as I could, and moved the ISA slot around (it's attached via external ribbon cables). I suspect it was either the slot insertion or the ribbon cables are aging..

My Atari Mega STe has caught a cold :(. I have an external ISA VGA card for it via Frank Lukas's Nova adapter, and I'm suddenly getting screen corruption via the mouse and when I move windows around. I suspect the video card is failing.
