Editing thought: Removing overly used words is my least favorite step in the editing process. My favorite is probably the simple read-through and make notes/changes as you go. What's yours?

Why is it that writing a novel is so much more easier than writing a query letter? For me the worse paragraph to write is the about me section. I can write epic fantasies with huge battles, but come to writing about me and my brain goes blank.

@SirArminius I try to use unusual or exotic, but if a name fits a character idc how common it is
