There is reasonable doubt that not enough will pick blue, so why take the risk when you don't have to and there's nothing extra to gain anyway?

Hey, guys.
My cat Adeena is sick. Triple sick, actually. She has Herpesvirus, Chlamydia and Mycoplasma.
She hasn't been eating much in the last few months; she would eat half, then go off and play, then eat the rest later. I assumed she was just a snacker, and so did the vet when I first took her for a checkup and to get fixed. But now, we find out it's because her diseases literally made her hurt to eat. And it wasn't obvious until now.
The doc gave her some shots, and she ate some wet food, but she's not doing well. She seems to be delirious from the fever, snarling at herself in the mirror and growling softly under my bed, which she has never done before. She was always a playful, calm little kitten.
As many of you know, I got laid off recently. And I already had to dip my hand into my savings account to pay for the analysis and shots she received today. And the next shots, as well as the antibiotics and other meds she needs, are gonna cost a pretty penny. And my severance pay has yet to clear, and they set the deadline for that quite a bit further...
I know I have already asked for help before. But this is not for me, it's for Adeena. It's breaking my heart seeing her in pain. Absolute bad luck made quite a few unexpected expenses come up right as I got fired, and I'm burning through my savings at an alarming rate.
If any of you have the means to help out, donating as little as a dollar to my Ko-Fi would mean the world to me.
And for those of you who enjoy my writing, it also allows me to continue to write while unburdened by the possibility of my pet dying or running out of money for groceries.

Blue is the default if the buttons do not exist.
Choosing red is a reaction, rather than an assessment. Red is the true emotional choice, rooted in fear.

You literally gain nothing extra by going blue, just a risk of you and every other blue dying.
