The thing that will sway Emery is the power he has at Real Madrid, which i believe will be very little. It's no offence to Unai, but he and any manager on earth would fail at Madrid. The dressing room is full of egos and the fans are ruthless and spoilt who give Emery the sack himself. I get that there is a huge factor of being in the list of names that managed Madrid, who are no doubt the best club in footballing history, but the comparison of power Emery would have at Madrid compared to us is bonkers. At Villa, Emery basically controls the club from top to bottom and it has paid serious dividends. Why would he throw it away? I would not be suprised if Emery left for Madrid, who could blame him? But the move would end in calamity, that i am sure of. #AVFC

Unai can’t handle big Characters, the club with the biggest egos ITW are not getting 100% up for 4 hour videos of their weaknesses. While we would be astronomically fucked Bad for all parties but the Madrid Machine is so foolhardy & powerful that’s not to say they wouldn’t do it
