@mattvanswol Dear God. 💔 What beautiful children. Praying for their families who will never truly get over losing their child. Devastating. This would not have happened except for the open border policy of the Democrats. Heartbroken for these families, just so very sorry 😢.

I have the worst news... Sadly, 2 young children who were riding their bikes have passed away after being hit at 90mph by a drunk, illegal alien with a previous DUI, Eri Roblero-Perez. The victim's names are 12-year-old Dereon Robins and 9-year-old Mikhail'Lee Smith. Eri has previously been charged with alcohol-related offenses and driving without a license, but was never deported. Horrifyingly, the mother of one of the boys witnessed the whole thing and desperately tried to save both boys, performing CPR until EMS arrived, but neither boy survived. Please pray for the families of these young boys.

This might sound silly. I’ve had a dash light on for the past month it didn’t mean anything the code didn’t mean anything. Usually I’d just have Paul clear it out when ever I was near his shop. But I’d always say Damnit Casper that light annoys me. Yesterday after our last ride and I dropped Casper off. As I drove down the road I happened to glance at my dash and that light was off and it’s still off.

So I did a thing... After losing my dearest soul dog to cancer a few weeks ago, I adopted a shelter dog. I was worried maybe it was too soon. I could never replace my baby Sy Girl. But I had all this dog love to give and no dog. Meet Faye. She's a year old and was rescued from a homeless camp, tied to a tree when she was just a young pup. She spent 4 months in jail - as part of a training program. She is calm and sweet. She reminds me of Sy in so many ways - though she's only half her size. Everyone, meet Miss Faye! Today is her gotcha day and a new start in life.

It was a multiple-MSM hit piece kind of day today. But also a day when I rose early, walked and talked and listened, kicked ass, took names, and had dinner with a friend after watering some seedlings. As to the vicious personal attacks — frankly, my dear — I don’t give a damn!

Boys should know paying utilities. They had to walk in, speak up, read their bill, and pay it themselves — even write a check for the first time. And you can’t just hand money over without knowing what you’re paying for — people make mistakes, and you need to pay attention.

Woke up this morning struggling with worldly dissatisfaction and discontent and a general spiritual frustration and unease in my soul. It was a mood that was not of God and was not healthy spiritually. So I battled it with gratitude - started thanking Him for the birds I could hear singing (I love birds so much!), then for the trees, then for the fact that I had been given another day of life. Prayed for my boys, had a small spat with hubs (natch), resolved it (after 36 years you don’t give too much weight to these things), had a phone meeting that could have gone off the rails but ended up on a very positive note. Feeling much better. Thank you Jesus. If your Monday started off badly, start with the birds and work your way back to Him.

Growing old can feel challenging at times. Our bodies grow weaker, our memories may fade, and we draw nearer to the close of this earthly chapter. Yet we face it with peace and hope, not fear. For when this life ends, a beautiful new one begins! Our body and mind will be made whole again, strong and perfect, and best of all, we will see Jesus face to face. 🥰 What a wonderful promise the Lord gives us! In Him, every ending becomes a glorious beginning filled with joy, light, and everlasting love. Let us hold fast to that truth and walk each day with thankful hearts.

UVU, you should be ashamed of yourself. I didn't see the Kirk assassination - but I lived very close to it, and 11 year olds attending my own church saw it and will be forever scarred by it. You need the @JimmysSeafood treatment.

UVU's Republican chapter is rightly opposing a commencement speaker who celebrated Charlie Kirk's murder.
