If you are under $100K MRR as an ecom brand, stop DMing me about scaling your Meta Ad account. It’s nothing personal. You’re simply not at the stage where a fractional CMO creates lift. The fastest way for you to grow is not by hiring someone like me. You need to do the work yourself and get into the grit of it. Below $100K MRR, you’re still learning how to separate emotion from decision-making. You’re still figuring out what actually drives your growth. You’re still building the foundation. Once you cross that mark you have stability, cash flow, and proof. That is when someone like me becomes a multiplier for your business.
