We also have 'I said, I did' and 'We said, we did' as it helps people to be part of #coproduction right the way through, not just have their say and step back.

@WeNurses I think shifting from the comfort of numbers to focus on the narrative more. There seems to be a misconception that more feedback means better feedback. As long as there is enough to look at themes I'd rather hear from 5 detailed patients stories than 50 surveys.

@WeNurses In my opinion there is too much emphasis is placed on learning from when things go wrong and not enough from when things go well. How many of you report on or read about positive feedback in your patient experience reports? #wenurses #learningfromexcellence

@WeNurses Patient experience is everyone's business. I think there is a real misconception that it is down to particular individuals or one team when in fact it is the responsibility of all both staff and patients
