Pitching coaches working with younger clients (high school and down) It’s easy for them to gain velocity, literally everything under the sun is a novel stimulus to them. Make them a better all around pitcher. Teach them command, pitchability, pitch shapes, their routine, etc.

If you don’t throw hard and want to play professionally you need to: •Throw a ton of strikes, and have a good feel for your intended zones •Probably have 5+ pitches •Being left handed helps a lot •Get lucky with opportunities and make the most of them •Throw harder
