People - until Binance, Wintermute, Bybit and the other parasitic offshore casinos and market makers are regulated away dont expect big money to return to crypto. The October 10th leverage reset damaged investor sentiment and rightfully so. Ive been narrating this for years and it manifested as predicted in a total melt down. Hopefully the people with influence listened and Market Structure will be passed and enforced as promised by @DavidSacks. IMO once markets are regulated, surveilled, wash trading is illegal, countertrading customers with their assets is illegal, whales will stay out. Given this there has been accelerated US regulated CME Futures, regulated ETFs and options, and a major change in SEC/CFTC leadership, so the regulators are on it, but they are too late or were waiting for the implosion to react knowing the system was too over leveraged. There will be front running of regulation (expect around Q1/2 2026) and quantative easing (ongoing expect acceleration around Q2) and the floors are being held quite well, but the predatory unregulated manipulation must end before we see the catch up trade back to global liquidity we would have had if it was not for these organizations that extracted $ billions through illicit manipulation and ill conceived derivative plumbing.

This is another problem with crypto payments. Short term, using a CEX avoids it (but the CEX will have that info). Long term, need a proper privacy solution.
