A wee health update I’d like to share with you… Four days ago I was diagnosed with breast cancer. It was - as you’d imagine - a bit of a shock. Particularly after being reassured a year ago that a lump I’d discovered was nothing to be concerned about. I pushed for a second opinion. I’m massively glad that I did so. I now hope to make the most of my voice - to campaign and help others who have also been affected by this awful disease. I’d love to hear your stories, to raise more awareness of breast cancer in younger women, and to support the self employed and the children and partners of those affected. I’m constantly telling others to raise their heads above the parapet. Well..now it’s my turn. Life is short. It’s time we made the most of it. 🩷🤍 #DoYourBreast #breastcancer

@ScotRail What is going on with peak-hour Glasgow-Edinburgh service? Yesterday 5.15pm from Waverley: 4 carriages, not 8, and packed like sardines because no 5.30 service. This morning, nothing between 7.15 and 7.45 (I missed 7.15 because local train late). Utter shambles.

Good performance and result for Spurs today, albeit against a poor Everton. Sparky debut from Odobert; Maddison edging back to form; Sonny still a bit off it but two goals will help; and Van de Ven imperious at back and charging forward. Needed that after Monday night.

@Dan_KP If the (financial) results are so good that Levy merits a £3m bonus, then the club can afford to absorb no or lower s-t rises and the planned hit on senior concessions. Also financial results obscure a dreadful 12 months for Levy on the field, which ought to prevent a bonus.

Levy's £3m bonus from last year is roughly what Spurs are forecast to make from the 6% increase in season-ticket prices from next season
