@qatarairways I have just called the Sydney number and spoke to someone in US who informed me that if I want a refund I must pay just under $500 Australian dollars. To get a refund. Is this correct.

@qatarairways I am trying to clame my refund but there are only 3 options which one do I tick. There is nothing about unable to fly due to war and no flights. Thanks
