@saranormous The line between building for fun and building for real has disappeared. That's the best part!

@briannekimmel The best tools right now feel like journals, not dashboards. Poly nails that!!

@martinsoorjoo the problem isn't AI. it's managing AI across ten different tools. ten inboxes, ten contexts, ten notification streams. the answer is one layer that orchestrates all of them
English

AI isn’t burning your people out.
Managing it is.
BCG found heavy AI users report “AI brain fry” — cognitive overload from supervising too many tools at once.
Errors jump ~40%. Decision fatigue spikes. Top performers start thinking about quitting.
AI can remove work.
But unmanaged AI multiplies mental load.
Leadership question:
Are you increasing output — or increasing cognitive strain?
This distinction matters more than most CEOs realise.

@milesdeutscher The morning briefing and meeting notes > action items are the ones that changed everything for us. we built a tool that does both across 9 sources and compounds over time. the longer it runs, the less you check anything
English

"i dOnT kNoW wHaT tO aUtoMaTe"
bro..
Here are 30 ideas (literally pick any one of these and your life will instantly improve):
1. Morning industry briefing - AI reads 50 sources and gives you a 2-min summary before coffee
2. Meeting notes > action items > follow-up emails automatically
3. Monthly spending categorized and summarized without opening a spreadsheet
4. AI reads your contracts and flags what actually matters
5. Turn voice memos into organized notes, tasks, or blog posts
6. Auto-generate social posts from one piece of long-form content
7. Weekly meal plan + grocery list based on your diet and budget
8. AI preps you before every meeting - who you're meeting, context, last conversation
9. Summarize any PDF, report, or research paper in 30 seconds
10. Auto-sort and label your files and downloads
11. Turn YouTube videos into notes, summaries, or blog posts
12. AI reviews your resume and tailors it for each job application
13. Track your habits and get a weekly performance review from AI
14. Draft customer/client replies in your tone of voice
15. Turn a brain dump into a structured project plan
16. AI reads your bank transactions and tells you subscriptions you forgot about
17. Generate workout programs based on your goals and equipment
18. Turn meeting recordings into SOPs for your team
19. Auto-draft invoices from project completion
20. AI monitors competitors and gives you a weekly update
21. Translate and localize content across languages instantly
22. Turn a rough outline into a full presentation
23. Daily journaling prompts based on what's happening in your life
24. Auto-categorize and respond to support tickets
25. AI reads legal/tax documents and explains them like you're 10
26. Build a personal CRM - AI reminds you who to follow up with and why
27. Turn podcast episodes into show notes, tweets, and newsletters
28. AI reviews your writing and matches it to a specific style or tone
29. Auto-generate weekly team updates from project management tools
30. Morning dashboard - AI pulls your calendar, priorities, weather, and news into one briefing
Pro tip: You can combine multiple of these and vibe code a dashboard on Claude to track all of your automations on one dashboard.

@Krishkolen @tbpn @gokulr The next wave isn't better individual apps. it's something that sits between all of them and removes the cognitive tax of switching
English

@tbpn @gokulr Never say ‘It’s impossible’.Look what happened to coding and SaaS software. It’s just matter of time before these companies figure out to crack the marketplace business model.A new ecosystem will emerge where people don’t want to exercise cognition load by switching between apps.
English

Marathon's @gokulr: You can't vibe code DoorDash.
Software alone can’t replicate a managed marketplace. That’s what makes them so durable.
You can build the app and drive orders, but when something goes wrong in the physical world, who fixes it?
In 2016, Google launched Google Food Ordering. At one point, it drove multiples of traffic to restaurants compared to DoorDash. But retention was basically zero because there was no one to contact when orders failed.
You couldn't call Google. The restaurant wouldn't take responsibility. And today, Google Food Ordering no longer exists.
"A managed marketplace in the physical world is the most durable thing. It is not a piece of software."
English

@selltonai "Spend more time managing tools than doing the actual work" that sentence describes every role now, not just sales. The management layer of moving information from tool A to tool B eats away at 25% of everyones week!
English

We are officially ending the “SalesOS” era.
For years, software assisted tasks, but humans still carried the responsibility.
We created “operators” who spend more time managing tools than engaging buyers.

A new protocol launches.
You learn a new dashboard. You sign fresh approvals.
Welcome to dashboard fatigue.
Switching tabs drains 20% of your focus.
In Web3, that 20% penalty translates directly into:
◻️ Missed entries
◻️ Fat-finger errors
◻️ Phishing scams
AGNT Connect kills the extra tabs.
We bring the execution directly to your X timeline.
You don't leave the app. You don't open a new window. Analytics, swaps, and loops happen right inside the feed you already scroll.
Stop chasing the interface. Let the interface come to the alpha.
Name and shame: which Web3 dApp has the worst UI you’ve ever used? 👇

We were bombarded by a firehose of information we couldn't keep up with. Linear, GitHub, Figma, Slack, Notion, calendars, transcripts. all day, every day.
So we asked ourselves: what would our day look like if we could pay perfect attention to everything, everywhere, all at once, 110% of the time?
We built Sugarbug to find out. It watches everything we watch, keeps a living memory of every project, speaks up when it matters and ensures we don't have to go hunting for information across 10 different applications.
We stopped spending our time on information logistics and started spending it on the most impactful work.

Monday morning. 9:30am. You haven't started actual work yet.
You've checked Linear for new issues. Scanned GitHub for PR reviews. Opened Figma to see if anyone left comments over the weekend. Skimmed fourteen Slack channels. Glanced at your calendar to see what's coming.
None of those tools know about each other. So you'll do the same thing again tomorrow.
We're building Sugarbug to handle this. 9+ integrations, one knowledge graph, compounding context.

We're opening early access to a small group.
If you struggle with increasing tool fragmentation and are tired of being the human glue between your tools → sugarbug.ai

Your tools don't talk to each other very well.
Linear has no idea what's in your Figma comments. Slack doesn't know your calendar is packed. You end up being the integration layer – checking 8+ apps every morning just to figure out what happened the day before, and moving information from tool A to tool B
That ritual eats about 25% of your work week.
