They are NOT the same donors between sites, hence the differences in frequency. The data in 2B and 2D is what is important for comparison

@Hamad_JHU_Lab @Bruskolab @HamadlabH I stand by our team and their findings and we will provide our data for analysis by the scientific community for their own judgement. Reproducibility is critical, and in the case we could not confirm DE cells as a biomarker of T1D, or clone X as a public clone.

@viriditax Interesting idea- It would all have to be very dynamic though, to affect also transcriptome and proteome-including cell surface molecules and granules with long half-life

Resident CD8+ TC profiling finds cytotoxicity-competent TC confined to circulation w non-cytotoxic, stem-like TC recirculating between tissue, lymph, & blood: cell.com/cell/fulltext/… Wonder if extravasation mechanotransduction stirs up chromatin to reduce hill to stem-like state
