Scotland, Czechia, Croatia are fielding natives. But none of them are favourites to make a deep run in the tournament. My best hope for a European victory is Norway. They're in incredible form and only fielding 2 africans out of a 26 man squad, compared to the rest of the top European teams having 12-15 non native players. If none of these 4 teams make it, I hope Japan does.
