@GhostFrom3S The key word is "strategy" VF may look more grounded and realistic but in the real world there are no mixups or RPS systems in actual combat. If you can defend perfectly you win and there's no guesses it's all speed, timing, positioning, physical ability, movement and reaction


Tekken is (traditionally) the only mainstream fighting game that doesn't play into an arbitrary triangle system, and much more closely resembles real world combat strategy. Like, actual strategy that's been studied for millennia, not the vibes-based video game kind
