I think Marc’s an unreliable narrator because his own self hatred clouds him, dissecting that other people did in fact mistreat him and that he allows himself to fall back into abusive dynamics (Khonshu) would be very interesting for me to dissect.

Either Jed or Lemire as the writer, Dev as the artist, Rosenburg on coloring, and I’d want the plot to be focused on Marc’s past relationships and the toxicity/abuse/ableism he was faced with, with the character development at the end being him growing as a person.

Granted they have crazy differences as well, like how Marc’s death was of his own fault/making and Jason’s was a noble heroic death, BUTTT their similarities are fun to me. Also idk toooo much dc yet so there may be more fitting character that I haven’t read yet :)
