I’ve used @AwesomeMerch before and been happy as I know lots of you have but wanted to warn everyone they seem to be taking money and not fulfilling orders right now and ghosting anyone who contacts them so beware. #ScamAlert #SmallBusinessbeware

@virginmedia I’m still trying to cancel my account that should have been stopped on the 31st of may your phone lines are sending me in circles how do I speak to a human?

@virginmedia The service stoped on the 31st of may and the payment was taking on the 6th of June.

@virginmedia I received a bill with the instructions on returning my kit but it did not say final bill on it.

@virginmedia Yep, I have email confirmation and confirmation of receiving the equipment back and yet you still took money.

@virginmedia This is not helpful. I’ve read those articles, called that number and got no where as far as information goes, that’s why I tweeted as this seems to be the only way you actually communicate.

@virginmedia I haven’t received anything with final bill written on it. Just one that’s the same as every other month.

@Bmillinery If your services cancelled on May 31st then you'd still get a final bill produced after disconnection. Have you received that yet?
