Happy Thanksgiving to you all! Stay fit before your turkey dinner, see you on Tuesday at 9:30am at Equinox Southport. On Saturday 12/1 BodyShock officially starts 9:30am at Equinox Darien and also Wednesday 12/5th BodyShock class officially starts 6:30pm at Equinox Greenwich.

Sunday’s BodyShock 9:30am class at Equinox Scarsdale was incredible and definitely did OVERCOME LIMITATIONS for sure!!! We were on fire 🔥, great crowd and amazing energy this morning!!! We didn’t hold back at all but delivered 100% the entire 50 minutes.
