Watch this guy open the airplane door on the tarmac after a 3-to-4-hour delay because he wanted to go back to the gate. I’ve been stuck in those long delays too and it’s frustrating as hell, but this just makes the plane even later for everyone else. Hope it was worth getting put on the No-Fly List. P.S. - Did he actually plan to jump out onto the tarmac?

Not a day I wouldn’t smile just hearing the name Cheech. Until today. Heartbroken to learn of his passing. So many laughs, great memories and life lessons. John Garrett was one of a kind. We’ll all miss him.

@alexinsdorf99 There is also zero runway for him to adapt to the pro game, like they would give a younger player. He has to come in hot and make a difference right away. Sounds like they are confident that will happen. I hope they're right!

I guess I don't view it entirely as a second contract problem. A 25 year old with two prior foot surgeries is not the usual first round pick.
Obviously LAC was confident enough in the medicals to take him, as were other teams probably. So I trust it, but it's worth pointing out.

The Chargers take Akheem Mesidor who was the best edge rusher left in my opinion and the most ready to help contribute in 2026. A guy that showed he can make big plays as a rusher and against the run.
Biggest problem is he is a huge age outlier, which is a pretty big risk.

@BB_Chargers As long as he hits the ground running, and is ready to produce NOW, it should be a good pick and I can overlook 25 yo. He doesn't get much of a grace period to adjust to the NFL game.
