For you to comfortably afford that can you have to earn $150k and above. Payment is like $800, insurance $150-$200 on just car. Rent/mortgage, utilities, food ?? But it is not luxury?? Only about 10 -15% of Americans earn above $150k. My fellow Nigerians are saying it’s not luxury 😭😭
