@Nithin0dha Good point. India depends too much on one region for energy.
Biogas can be a smart local solution — cleaner and more secure.
Big question: why are we still using less than 1% of our biogas potential? 🤔
English

What's happening in the Gulf is a reminder of how critically dependent India is on a single region for most of its energy. Most of our crude and natural gas (LPG, CNG) is imported, and our vulnerability to disruption in these imports is obvious.
As the saying goes, never waste a good crisis. Now is when we should focus on alternatives like biogas, which we can produce locally and is also more environmentally friendly. India is currently tapping less than 1% of its biogas production potential. It is also important to continue efforts, even after the crisis has passed, to build long-term resilience.
Through @Rainmatterin, we've backed a few companies — Farmwatt, Akshaykalpa, Hasirudala, and Wisebin — that are working to make biogas more mainstream. But the investment needed to actually move the needle is far larger than what a few startups can absorb. This one needs policy and capital at scale.

The last 12 hours in AI were absolutely UNHINGED.
Let me break it down:
→ Goldman Sachs admitted $450B in AI investment has added "basically zero" to US GDP growth. Their Chief Economist said it on the record. $450 BILLION. Zero growth. Let that sit.
→ Uber just dropped $1.25B on Rivian to build 50,000 robotaxis. The same drivers who built Uber from nothing? About to be replaced by the cars they drove.
→ Jeff Bezos is raising $100B — not to BUILD factories. To BUY them. Then gut every human job inside with AI and automation.
→ DoorDash released an app that pays people to film themselves doing household chores. Not for content. For AI TRAINING DATA. So robots can learn to do it instead.
→ OpenAI acquired Astral — the open-source Python tools that millions of developers relied on. Bolted it into their coding agent. The open-source community is furious.
→ Cursor shipped Composer 2. Their own AI model that BEATS Claude on coding benchmarks. A 50-person startup just outperformed a $30 billion AI lab.
→ Hollywood used AI to bring Val Kilmer back for a new movie. He passed away from cancer. Never filmed a scene. They built a digital version of him.
→ HSBC announced plans to slash jobs across middle and back offices using AI.
→ UK unemployment just hit 5.2%. And AI layoffs haven't even properly started yet.
→ Fortune 500 raised the AI disruption price tag to $4.5 TRILLION. 93% of US jobs flagged as vulnerable.
→ NVIDIA GTC is happening RIGHT NOW. Jensen Huang closed his keynote with singing robots and a digital clone of himself. The man selling the shovels in this gold rush is now selling the future itself.
All of this. In ONE day. A single Thursday.
The speed isn't slowing down. It's accelerating.
The question isn't whether AI will change your industry.
It's whether you'll be ready when it does.
