Excited to welcome Prof. Mackenzie Wenger to COE as Lecturer of Kinesiology, beginning August 2026. Prof. Wenger brings experience in higher education & athletics, ranging from the weight room to academic administration, academic advising, & teaching. Welcome, Prof. Wenger!

We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Scott Deetz to Butler University’s College of Education as Lecturer of Educational Leadership and Program Director for the Experiential Program for Preparing School Principals (EPPSP). He will begin in August of 2026. Welcome Dr. @DeetzScott!

Congrats to our faculty scholarship stars, Dr. @desautels_phd & Dr. Undraa Maamuujav, whose outstanding teaching & scholarly achievements were celebrated at Butler’s annual Spotlight event. We’re proud to share that Dr. Catherine Pangan @DrPangansclass presented her work too!

The 8th Annual Future Black Leaders Inc. Leadership Summit — Hosted by FBL: Fishers High School @HSESchools at @butleru. Over 400 high school students and Future Black Leaders attended this summit. The experience is uplifting and joyful and we love being a part of it every year!
