"I respectfully ask that this does not turn into a Thato vs Gash1 battle," she continued. "We met, fell in love, and tried to build a family to the best of our abilities. For me, I am heartbroken, but I need to soldier on and continue working." Thato emphasised that she will not comment further on the matter, stating it is her final word on the separation. She described herself as heartbroken yet resolute, adding: "I will not betray myself. I never have, and I am not going to start now."
