@CJrpeake I don’t know how strict their contracts were, especially with all the other scandals they’ve had. I wonder if he will take legal action against them though because he isn’t guilty of anything but their lack of clarity to the public has made it a free for all to attack him

Scott Mills has not lost everything, just his job. Likely for not disclosing his police investigation to the BBC. He’s innocent until proven guilty so should be treated as such. But if he broke his £350,000 contract, he deserves to be held accountable like everyone else would

I don’t know @scott_mills and haven’t met him But if we’re truly at the stage where a man can lose everything… based on an accusation the police themselves didn’t think warranted further action, that seems unfair and wrong. If there’s nothing more to this- and that’s a big if- then we’ve reached a v worrying place. Accusations don’t mean guilt. We need to know if there’s more behind this, or if this is the BBC massively over- correcting their Huw Edwards inaction.

On my way to North Wales yesterday, near Frodsham, I saw a convoy of 8 or 9 identical silver Rolls/Bentleys all with reg plates like this, all main beams on, shifting pretty rapidly.. Bizarrely, on the way home, I saw them again on the M62.. Any idea what/who?
