I had dinner once with a top physicist and a top computer scientist and asked what they thought the probability was that we were in a simulation.

I keep seeing these polls where 75% of independents disapprove of everything that Trump is doing, from immigration to the economy, everything.
Of course, the reason why Donald Trump won in 2024 was because he either won or tied with independents in every swing state.
So what changed?

The pollsters are just polling independents in California, New York, and Illinois, where Trump has no support from them and never did.
