Como ex obesa grau 3 e viciada em doces como esse, um conselho, parem, parem imediatamente de comprar doces refinados em quantidade pra sua casa! Eu dei muita sorte de não ter ficado diabética! Todo dia basicamente eu comia açúcar refinado, meu corpo foi até forte de não ter ficado mais doente... Sua saúde não é de ferro! Estou falando pra você não comer mais doces? De jeito nenhum! Porém nenhum ser humano precisa dessa quantidade pra ser feliz! Não adquira uma compulsão alimentar como eu adquiri! Largar o açúcar é muito difícil! No primeiro mês da minha dieta, desmaiei uma 5x, dei tremedeira, a visão embaçava! Coma doce moderadamente, 1x na semana, não se vicie! Largar o açúcar é muito dificil e a probabilidade de você engordar, triplica! Por favor, se cuidem ;(
