The truth is this isn’t crazy tech but simple math and strategy because when hundreds of missiles are fired at once even a 90% interception rate still lets dozens hit and with interceptor stockpiles running low and each defense shot costing far more, the system gets overwhelmed and starts leaking.

Teleportation is cool BUT Flash has been proven to be faster than teleportation. Flash can run all the way in the future while Minato and Goku can just teleport somewhere in the present. Even Sonic can time travel using speed so yeah.
