I've lost 145 pounds and helping hundreds of clients lose weight. You don't need to follow a special diet or exercise program. You just need to find ways to make it easier to stay consistent. Here are six ways to do it...

6) Weigh yourself FIRST thing in the morning, AFTER using the restroom, and BEFORE you eat or drink anything. I call this the FAB method

Here are six ways to do it...

5) Follow the 24 Before Meal Rule. Take 5 mins at night to plan your next day’s meals.

4) Follow the 20-10-10 Walking Rule—20 mins in the morning, 10 mins before your workout, and 10 mins after your workout.

3) Lift weights 2-4 times per week and try to use more weight or do more reps than the last time you did that workout. (won’t happen every week)

2) Create 3-4 “staple” meals that are enjoyable, easy to make, and help you hit your nutrition goals. Make these for lunch and dinner during the week.

1) Instead of having a calorie goal (1800 calories), set a calorie range. (1700-1900 calories)
