A lot of biotech companies struggle to survive. Often because they have no scalable way to reach new customers, investors, or partnerships. When this happens, it gets harder and harder to stay focused on the business because you are always running to in-person investor meetings, trade shows or any type of networking event which creates this vicious cycle where the company's growth slows because you're always spending time elsewhere, but because growth has slowed it's harder to attract new customers, investors or partnerships. Which means you need to spend more time in those in-person meetings, and so on, until all of a sudden the company is out of cash and you have to call it quits. What I do is create strategic educational email funnels for you. A strategic email funnel is a sequence of educational emails that guides your audience, on autopilot, step-by-step toward specific actions (conversions, purchases, partnerships, deals, problem awareness, etc...). The reason why I recommend building educational email funnels, it’s because that’s the easiest way to communicate the same things you probably repeat over and over again at in-person meetings. The benefits of writing these types of funnels are: ✅ They will scale your company's mission and message online. ✅ They will serve as a foundation for the content you will publish on social media, newsletters, or any ads you create. ✅ They will allow you to segment your audience and personalize your communication for each archetype (customers, investors, partners, etc...) based on their challenges, priorities, goals, etc... ✅ Improve your communication over time and find what resonates the most with your audience. So these funnels help you reach significantly more customers, investors, or partnerships over time, and make it easier for you to raise your next round of funding, find your most valuable unique selling proposition, or attract more potential partners. All of that secures the safety of your company and allows you to focus on what truly matters: building legendary products.

(3/3) Without nurturing, most of them vanish without making a purchase. That’s why building trust after they sign up is everything.

(2/3) It’s because they aren’t in “buying mode”, they’re in “browsing mode.” They joined out of curiosity, not commitment.

All government spending is taxation. This point really needs to be hammered home. Whatever is not directly taxed is taxed in the form of inflation, as the government prints more money. Inflation is the worst tax of all, as it punishes those who are just barely making ends meet or have gathered some savings.

The GOP Budget Resolution that passed the House this week increases the debt limit from $36 trillion to $40 trillion, and spends enough $ to increase in the debt from $36 trillion to $56 trillion over the next 10 years. But yay for tax cuts! I’m the only Republican who voted no.

Sharing credit doesn't detract from your success. It displays your character. 17 studies: When people feel insecure, they hesitate to celebrate others—and fail to earn respect. Being gracious is a virtue. The most honorable way to succeed is to be the rising tide that lifts all boats.

(3/3) But when you guide them from social media to your email list, you can nurture them into customers. That’s why the smartest marketers use social media to grow their lists, not just their likes.

(2/3) Social platforms are top-of-funnel tools designed to build awareness and trust. People rarely buy immediately from a LinkedIn post or Instagram reel.

30 years. 72 countries. 4485 risk assessments. All concluding the risks from commercialised GE crops do not differ from the risks of comparable non-GE crops. Is that enough safety data to convince you?

I bet there are thousands of employees living the dream right now: barely working, letting AI handle 95% of their job, 2 side gigs, working 20h/week max and somehow getting bigger raises than ever for "their" incredible output.

(3/3) Without a nurture plan, followers stay just that, followers. The sale starts when the conversation continues off-platform.

(2/3) It’s not to sell directly, it’s to get attention, build trust, and move people to a space you control, like an email list. Social media may be free, but its true power is in how you use it.

Your network isn’t growing because you ask for favors but give none back, you want introductions but can’t handle rejection, you want allies but bring no assets. How it really works: Give value. Ask for nothing. Then, wait.

Staying silent while misinformation spreads isn’t an option. If we don’t defend modern agriculture, we’re not just risking higher food prices. We are risking global hunger, environmental destruction, and a step backward for progress.
