@TrostLab Find impact elsewhere, papers are often no more read in fancy journals than they are in the the next level down. I've found it much more rewarding to spend my time and effort in more entrepreneurial directions

We got a paper rejected in a fancy journal. Reviewers asked after revision for new experiments including one that would be a whole new 3 year project in itself. Why oh why do reviewers change goalposts along the review process? 8 figures with ~50 panels should be enough.
