@PPhantomGray I hope it happens and I hope its soon. Its a more than worthy prize to pay for ending the site of groomer protectors and other vermins. Yume 2kki has always been played offline, for more than a decade. Returning to it is not bad necessarily.

I think it’s really sad that the playerbase of Yume 2kki is going to drop significantly after YNO inevitably goes defunked. A lot of people simply don’t want to download gigabyte-sized files just to update their game.

I've been playing these past few weeks with the idea of my own shiny Mother 1 remake. The reason being my discomfort with a huge majority of current reiterations of the game. Whether I end up doing it or not, its up to time to decide. For now, I'm building some libraries.

Likely taken from Cosmic Horror, where the monster in front of you may or may not be scary, but what the monster means is much much worse Capn Clark has terrifying implications, specifically for Mary. It means that Mary really had no idea how bad Clark really was, which means that her treatment wasn't as good as she thought, which means that she's failing her goal of helping people and may have in fact been hurting people
