@TheFunpocalypse @DaigMuse Make no misconception I am so happy the Spurs won and I'm an OKC hater. Ajay and JDub being hurt played a part in the loss no doubt but that's basketball. I personally think a healthy OKC win in 6 maybe 7 but the Spurs are only gonna get better from here. Scary good times otw.

@ChimpyChimp24 @DaigMuse Stop it. The Spurs' only true point guard for game 1 was a rookie, when your team had everyone. In game 2, they finished without one. That's a free W for OKC, and should've been 2.
Fox had a high ankle sprain. Cutting/change of direction is his game. Shot 35%/21% when back.

The 4 points from this and the step out of bounds by Fox make those last 60 seconds entirely different. Not saying OKC wins the game still, but we cut it to 6 with a minute left, that’s a 2 point game at that time if just those 2 things were called correctly. Idc about fouls, each team fouled, each team had missed calls, but these kinds of things are things that aren’t controversial. These have to be called. Inexcusable.

@DamienPetersNBA Not necessarily, JDub was hurt, Chet’s issues are largely mental and he still has lots of room for growth. If Shai develops a consistent 3pt shot, an off ball element to his game, J dub is fully healthy along with AJ, and Chet isn’t pissing down his leg, they’re a different team

It’s not just that the Thunder lost this series. It’s the fact that unless they make some brave decisions with their big 3, no version of Shai, J-Dub and Chet are going or be better than Wemby, Castle and Harper moving forward. This was the one they were supposed to get before the Spurs were ready.

So it would not be a shocker, but my question is what’s the endgame?
This last series aside Chet has comfortably been a better player than Mobley, and he doesn’t provide the size that IHart gives us, and you’re not bringing him off the bench
