I’m glad the show didn’t go in this direction honestly. The third act breakup is so fucking played out and I liked that the cast made the decision to be there for each other pretty early instead of having some petty cliche fighting.
Even Gangle pointed it out.

New episode 10/10 but what was the point of this writing decision if it wasn’t going to go anywhere. This should have been the turning point for the characters and it got glossed over instantly with Jax getting off scott free. Then the “we all did bad things” card? Nah man.

It's always weird when people take this as Rouge somehow "confirming" theyre all children when it's so obvious it's just an older character calling people younger than her "kid". You see it all the time with your seniors at work for example. She's teasing them and it's great.

Hajime's discomfort with Nagito is so narratively interesting to me because it's clear it's moreso a discomfort of accepting himself and how he himself used to be in such a mindset to a degree he was willing to erode his own self to meet the expectations of those around him.
