To all artists that want @XPPEN, especially in South Africa you might want to reconsider as me and friend ordered screen protectors for the 22R pro and got it like this. Did we just get scammed?

@gibs_alot @XPPEN Thats insane, especially as advertised it shows TWO, obviously they take one out and give us just one.

@ClappingDonuts @XPPEN Had a near identical experience ordering a screen protector for the artist 13. Took pictures of the tampered envelope as soon as I opened the courier bag. I wonder who's going to get my 2nd screen protector in some random foam.

@ClappingDonuts @XPPEN Their listing also includes an image of the envelope I received and 2 screen protectors. I pointed this out and yet the incorrect image is still up.

Cuz if this is how @XPPEN South africa, a licensed South African provider of XP pen treats us, I am legit going to find other alternatives.

When I did ask what happened, I was told that they only sell only in singles which it DOES NOT state that on their website.

this is how product arrived, ive supposedly been offered a refund but if your south african and considering ordering from their store you might want to be aware that this is how your brand new drawing tablet and or accessories are shipped. @ClappingDonuts

@XPPEN really sad, myself and @ClappingDonuts ordered screen protectors for our 22rs, we both received only a single sheet, mine didnt even come with the original packaging and had major damage including a tear
