Classic Wrestling Brackets

@ClassicBrackets If you can find the 12 and under 75 lbs from 2008 pjw bracket it’s pretty good.

Wow! How many youth brackets have 4 NCAA titles (and counting!) plus a few national qualifiers?

@RealGarrettCarr @Cauli_Friend That’s the really unique thing about the brackets above. There are brackets out there with more than 4 champs that still don’t have all-champ semis, whether by upset, one champ was a freshman at the time (this is more in older brackets when freshman champs were less common), etc.

With Suriano winning this year at 133, the 2018 125lb weight class joins the club of NCAA brackets with 4/4 NCAA champion semi-finalists, which to my knowledge only contained the 2008 149lb bracket. Does anyone know of others?

@Cauli_Friend Nope. This bracket with 6 champs (I previously had it at 7 but was corrected in the replies) was submitted to me a while ago, but not even that one had 4 champs in the semis. twitter.com/classicbracket…

@jasonmbryant One of these days I’m gonna have to see what I can find in past D3 brackets. There’s been a few Senior level guys over the years and some MMA fighters too.
