@ClickMechanic you are withholding money YOU ARE NOT entitled to. I paid my bill yet you are withholding an extra £405. I want it back! The repairs were completed on Monday! Oh and I also expect all charges I have incurred due to your fraudulent practices!

What a farce @ClickMechanic is. Don’t use them. Took the money and run, no way of phoning them, just an online feature that you can’t use as their website won’t let you create an account which you need to start any chat conversation. 🥴 Bonkers!

@ClickMechanic Ive a resolution ticket open and provided the evidence or the part being replaced. Just getting no response. Very disappointed

@ClickMechanic very disappointed with service. Starter motor replaced and failed within a couple of weeks. Mechanic refusing to replace. Need to have more say on refunds
