Women are building Oregon’s clean energy future. From ironworkers to operating engineers to sheet metal workers, union women are leading on climate and jobs. Climate Jobs Oregon is about expanding access to family-wage careers for the next generation.

Climate Jobs Oregon is a coalition of workers and labor organizations focused on one thing: Making sure clean energy investments create real opportunities for working people. We’re not choosing between union jobs and a sustainable environment. We’re building both.

We all want lower bills. We all want good-paying jobs. We all want a future we can count on. Building clean energy here in Oregon means stable energy, strong local economies, and long-term union careers.

Oregonians paid thousands of dollars for solar panels… and then their contractor disappeared without installing them or answering questions. We need licensed contractors, clear protection for homeowners, and real labor standards so workers are trained and paid fairly.
