8 years ago I interviewed for a job. I wrote a 9 page blueprint of what our vision would look like and presented it at my interview. They were crazy enough to hire a 26 year old with no past head coaching experience. I stumbled across this today and it was fun to reflect back and see what boxes have been checked. I still refer back to this blueprint as reminders to myself and to our players. It can be very humbling to think back where we were in August of 2018. Proud of what we have been able to achieve over the last 8 seasons.
