@AmericanAir how many jump seats do you have per flight on an A321? I’m on standby, watched a full crew get on, then there have been 5 employees from down the waitlist added to “jump seats” guarantee there aren’t 11 total on here…looks like I’ll have to start flying elsewhere.

@AmericanAir I doubt there are 11 jump seats on the flight. 6 crew members plus 5 waitlist employees. Therefore those seats are being taken away from Standby passengers.

@CoachPerish Jumpseats can only be occupied by active duty crew members, which doesn't take away from customer standby seating.
