Assistant coach practice expectations: -Be on time -Lead break down drills -Be enjoyable to be around -Keep practice flowing on time -Help advance overall program philosophy -Keep consistent with program verbiage & teaching philosophy

Things I’ve learned in football, that we should pay more attention to: Doesn’t matter how much film you watch as a player/coach if u don’t know what you’re looking for… Doesn’t matter how much you practice/coach something if you don’t know what’s truly right or wrong about it… Doesn’t matter how far or how fast you throw it, if you don’t know when & where it should be going… Focusing on the result (good or bad) of the play is useless as a player/coach unless you understand WHY the result happened…. We too often think doing something is equal to doing what’s needed… As I always say, “If you know you know… but too many ppl spend their lives not knowing what they don’t know”!

Excited to see the jump this guy is gonna make going into his senior year. With his work ethic and competitiveness, I have no doubt he’s gonna have a big senior year. I love watching this kid grind, battle and improve every single week 🏈☘️

Clean and precise route runner with ultra reliable hands. He can flip the field as a returner and has big things ahead of him. Does everything right off the field!! Can’t wait for his senior year ☘️🏈

For anyone asking — our general admissions GPA is 2.5. 📚 We can take guys just under that (situational), but we’ve got to make sure those players are NCAA eligible first. Handle business in the classroom now, it keeps doors open later. 🏈 #Recruiting

Captain of our football team!! Leader on and off the field. Identified the defense and made the calls to get our schemes right every snap. Understands the game and is as reliable as they come. Brody battles in the trenches and plays through the whistle!! GRINDER!!☘️🏈

Incredible instincts for a HS linebacker. Sniffs out screens before the snap. Cane can play downhill and sideline to sideline, and he punishes ball carriers when he gets to them. Big things ahead for this young man! (Also extremely talented at RB!!!)

The tape doesn’t lie!! Josh is a 10th grader who runs the alley, tackles, runs clean routes, catches everything and is explosive. He plays every snap with 100% effort and is a high character kid!! College coaches should come get this one!!!
