P.R today for my guy @Justinbjoseph17, 300lbs bench for 1 rep. Last summer we were at 260lb. We will rep this 300lbs for 3/5 by this summer. Gonna clean up some form things and watch this cats numbers fly! Still new to the gym ( just turned 15 in Nov) we just getting started!
