Today’s #WomenHistoryMonth spotlight is Wilma Pearl Mankiller, Cherokee Nation’s first female Principal Chief, social worker, author, and director of the Community of Development Department of the Cherokee Nation in the early 1980s. Her legacy continues to inspire women today.

Today’s #WomensHistoryMonth spotlight is Sojourner Truth, who dedicated her life to women's rights. During the Ohio Women’s Rights Convention in 1851, Truth delivered her famous “Ain’t I a Woman” speech, which had a historic impact on equal rights in the U.S. #WomensHistoryMonth

We can’t highlight iconic women in history without mentioning former Supreme Court justice, Ruth Bader Ginsburg. She was appointed to the Supreme Court in 1993 where she served for 27 years and ruled on numerous historic gender discrimination cases. #WomensHistoryMonth
