This National Social Work Month, we’re celebrating team members like Breanna from our Cedar CORE Sacramento site, seen here alongside Wilmer. She is just one example of the incredible compassion our social workers provide every day to ensure our clients stay stable and supported.

What does "preventing homelessness" look like? It looks like 1,402 adults remaining safely in their homes in 2025 thanks to our proactive Keep People Housed Programs. It means individuals kept their jobs, avoided the trauma of displacement, and stayed in their communities.
